Here is the home workout and the diet plan that I follow when I can’t workout in the gym in a 14 page e-book. To do the exercises, you absolutely do not need weights or special equipment, only your body weight.

Everyday, you are going to train a different part of your body. All the exercises are illustrated. The goal is to train everyday 30 minutes in order to keep developing your muscles and loose your body fat.

My diet plan contains only the calories you need for a moderate activity level.

It is very important that you warm-up and stretch your body before exercising.

    It’s had been a week and already I have noticed an improvement, both physically and mentally. The only reason I have given it 4 stars is because it would be useful if it had a warm up and down section with stretches (or for them to Incorporated into the exercise routines if you wanted) that would make the workout perfect.

    This is amazing. I do this everyday and it works. After my first exercise i saw some abs development on my chest. This is a great way to exercise in lockdown without equipment. If you persever through it you will see results.
